Strategic Advisory Support
Flexible advisory engagement for leaders working through specific strategic challenges. Delivered through hourly consultation, structured advisory blocks, or stage based engagements.
Hourly Advisory
For leaders who need access to experienced counsel on an occasional basis. Typically used for focused problems, specific decisions, or second opinion conversations. Retained through a standard engagement agreement.
Advisory Blocks
Prepaid blocks of strategic advisory time, used over a defined period. Provides predictable access for leaders working through a discrete strategic project or transition phase.
Stage Based Engagements
Structured engagements organized around specific deliverables: leadership evaluation, alignment workshops, strategic planning sessions, or targeted strategic reviews. Scoped to the work rather than the hours.

How engagements are priced.
Veritas engagements are scoped after the Initial Assessment, based on the actual situation and the work required. We publish ranges for coaching tier relationships when available, but consulting and advisory engagement investment is discussed privately.
This approach ensures that engagements are aligned to the leader's real needs rather than forced into predefined packages. and that clients can be confident the scope, fit, and investment are appropriate before committing.
