Founder & Chief Strategist
Katherine Burnett has spent more than two decades at the intersection of business leadership, organizational development, and principled strategy. Her career spans real estate, land development, and construction. where she served as President and Founder of Covenant Builders. as well as senior leadership roles in nonprofit and ministry organizations.
As Director at Global Awakening and Director of Global Marketplace Leaders, Katherine has equipped business owners, executives, and senior leaders across multiple industries to lead with clarity, integrity, and strategic discipline.
Her work as Chief Strategist at Veritas draws from a unique combination: the operational experience of running and scaling businesses, the nuanced understanding of leadership that comes from years of mentoring executives, and a disciplined, principled approach to strategic decision making that clients describe as both rigorous and deeply insightful.
Katherine has spoken at leadership conferences and events across the United States, England, and South Africa. She holds a degree from Texas A&M University at Commerce and is based in Frisco, Texas, with her husband Dr. Jeff Burnett and their family.
