Every engagement begins with understanding. The following is the typical path from initial inquiry to ongoing strategic partnership.

Inquiry & Intake Review
You submit a brief intake through the Request Strategic Evaluation page. Our team reviews your information, confirms fit, and responds within two business days to schedule the next step.

Strategic Evaluation Call
A 45–60 minute conversation with the Chief Strategist. Structured, focused, and designed to clarify your situation, the underlying issues, and the context around your decisions. This is not a sales call. It is the beginning of the evaluation work.

Internal Synthesis
Following the call, our team synthesizes the information from your intake and the evaluation conversation. We identify patterns, name the real issues as we see them, and develop recommendations.

Strategic Summary & Recommendations
Within 7–10 business days of the evaluation call, you receive a written strategic summary. This includes key observations, identified leadership or organizational issues, recommended next steps, and. if applicable. potential advisory options.

Optional Advisory Engagement
If the situation warrants continued work and the fit is right, we structure the engagement that matches your actual needs: focused hourly advisory, structured advisory blocks, stage based engagements, or ongoing strategic partnership.
What to Expect
Timeliness
Intake response within two business days. Strategic summaries within 7–10 business days of the evaluation call.
Confidentiality
Every engagement is confidential. Client identifying details are never shared without explicit permission. Case summaries published on this site are anonymized by design.
Selectivity
We intentionally take on a limited number of engagements to ensure each receives proper attention. Not every inquiry results in an engagement, and that is by design.

For organizations entering a new stage of growth, typically scaling, restructuring, or navigating major strategic transitions, we offer a structured twelve month engagement designed to build lasting alignment across leadership, strategy, and organizational design.
Phase I
Leadership Evaluation
Executive interviews, leadership assessments, strengths and gap analysis. Establishes a clear baseline of leadership capacity and alignment.
Phase II
Leadership Team Evaluation
Team interviews, alignment assessment, review of decision making patterns, trust and communication dynamics. Identifies the real operating dynamics of the leadership team.
Phase III
Strategic Alignment Workshop
A two day facilitated workshop to establish organizational priorities, strategic constraints, leadership expectations, and decision frameworks. Leaders leave with clear, aligned priorities.
Phase IV
Strategic Advisory (12 Months)
Quarterly strategy sessions, CEO advisory, leadership accountability sessions, and year end strategic evaluation. Sustained partnership through a full strategic cycle.
Enterprise engagements are scoped and priced individually based on organizational size and complexity. Investment is discussed during the initial evaluation process.
